Sporty Chic Amazon Finds: Stylish Athletic Dresses & Skorts You Need For Spring & Summer

Athletic Dress Trends You Need to Try in 2025

Hey Glam Girls!!! šŸ‘‹ If you’re anything like me—a busy mom juggling school runs, coffee dates, sports schedules and the occasional workout—then you’re going to love this one. Let’s talk athletic dresses and skorts—aka the comfy, cute, can’t-live-without-them outfits that are taking over my closet for spring and summer 2025.

Athletic dresses and skorts are my go-to when I want to look pulled together & stylish but still feel comfortable. Whether I’m running errands or running kids from dance to the soccer field, these sporty-chic pieces are such a win. They’re stylish, functional, and—best of all—available on Amazon (because yes, I still live on Prime).

These aren’t your old gym dresses, either. Think: built-in shorts, buttery-soft fabrics, breathable materials, and pockets (yes, real ones!). I’ve been testing a ton of athletic dresses and skorts lately, and I’m rounding up my faves—the ones I wear on repeat because they’re just that good.

šŸ’• OQQ 3-Piece Ribbed Bodysuits

Okay, not a dress—but these ribbed bodysuits deserve a shoutout! I throw them on with skorts or even denim shorts. They’re stretchy, soft, and give a little tummy love without squeezing the life out of you.

Why I Love Them:

  • Sooo comfy and flattering

  • Snap closures (yes, bathroom-friendly!)

  • Great basic to layer under anything

Heads up: Sizing is a bit funky—my black one ran tighter than the beige.

šŸŽ¾ DLOODA Athletic Tennis Skirt

This one is chef’s kiss. I’ve worn it on walks, to brunch, and even to a soccer game. It’s flowy, cute, and the pockets are everything—my phone doesn’t bounce around!

Why It’s a Mom Win:

  • High-waisted and comfy

  • Stretchy fabric that moves with you

  • Hidden shorts = no wardrobe malfunctions

Just be gentle when washing—it's on the thinner side.

ā˜€ļø ATHMILE Double-Lined Crop Tank

I basically live in this tank and have it in so many colors. It’s double-lined, soft, and it looks cute with a sporty skirt or jeans.

What I Love:

  • Feels like butter

  • Supportive without feeling tight

  • Perfect for cardio or coffee dates!

I’d size up for a more relaxed fit—and it can roll a bit if you're super active.

šŸŒļøā€ā™€ļø FireSwan Athletic Skort

If sporty-chic was a vibe, this skort would be it. Super breathable, tons of stretch, and the crossover waistband gives a flattering little snatch to the waist.

Why It’s a Keeper:

  • Hidden shorts with pockets (yes, again!)

  • High-waisted and smoothing

  • Doesn’t ride up or roll down

It does wrinkle if you shove it in a drawer, so definitely hang it.

šŸŽ¾ ATTRACO Athletic Dress

Y’all…this dress is so good for tennis, coffee runs, or just hanging with the kiddos. The neckline is cute, the built-in bra is adjustable, and the separate shorts have real pockets (can I get an amen?).

Pros I’m Obsessed With:

  • Breathable and lightweight

  • Flattering sweetheart neckline

  • Shorts are separate for easy layering

The skirt was a little long on me, and it’s hand-wash only—so not the most low-maintenance, but worth it!

šŸ‘Ÿ Topcloset Athletic Tennis Dress

This one’s got built-in everything: shorts, bra, pockets. It’s lightweight, breezy, and looks so cute with sneakers or slides.

Why I Reach for It:

  • Adjustable straps for a great fit

  • Soft and comfy for all-day wear

  • Easy to dress up or down

Note: seams might hit weird on some body types, but I personally love how it fits.

šŸ’ƒ UNIANKIYA Athletic Dress

This one feels a little more elevated while still being totally mom-life friendly. It has a square neckline, racerback, and just enough coverage.

What Makes It Great:

  • Super stretchy and comfy

  • Built-in shorts that stay put

  • Great mix of feminine + sporty

It runs short though—so if you’re taller or prefer more length, maybe size up.

ā˜• OFEEFAN Athletic Dress

THIS is my favorite EVER. It’s flattering, hugs the waist, SUPER soft, and I loved how I felt in it.

Love List:

  • Pockets in the shorts (again, obsessed)

  • Breathable and stretchy

  • Flattering wrap design

Just note: no built-in bra, and the torso may run short if you're tall.

šŸŽ€ ANRABESS Athletic Dress

This one’s so cute for those days when you wanna look put together but still be comfy enough for carpool. The wrap-style tie waist is a game changer for giving that snatched look.

Why I’m Loving It:

  • Comfy + stylish

  • Cute silhouette with built-in shorts

  • Easy to throw on and go

Back is low, so you can add a cute strappy sports bra underneath for coverage.

šŸŽ¾ IUGA Athletic Tennis Dress

Last but definitely not least! This dress has adjustable straps, built-in shorts and bra, and a cute sporty shape that works for basically anything.

Standouts:

  • X-back detail that doesn’t dig in

  • Breathable + sweat-wicking

  • Flattering A-line silhouette

The only con? The bra padding is annoying to remove—but otherwise, 10/10!

šŸ›ļø Quick Tips for Buying Athletic Dresses on Amazon:

Before you hit add to cart, here’s what I always look for:
āœ… Stretchy, sweat-wicking fabric (like poly/spandex blends)
āœ… Built-in shorts (especially with pockets!)
āœ… Adjustable straps or flattering waistlines
āœ… Machine washable = mom win
āœ… Something that makes you feel cute + confident

These Amazon athletic dresses and skorts have totally upgraded my spring/summer wardrobe! They’re cute enough for brunch, comfy enough for carpool, and functional enough to cheer on my kiddos at the game or hit the tennis court. Total game changers. šŸ™Œ

Tips For Shopping On Amazon

Amazon is one of my favorite places to shop online. And it helps that they make it SO easy! (Or if you ask my husband… maybe it doesn’t help?) But I love that I can get just about anything I need and want with the click of a button! PLUS free and fast shipping if you’re a Prime member! They also have an amazing Try Before you Buy! program where you have a TRIAL period before paying to decide if you like the clothes!!!

I’m always updating my favorite fashion finds HERE , but today I’ll be talking about my favorite Amazon fashion finds & must have’s for Fall! You should know, I tend to use the same pieces throughout my looks so you can see different ways to wear and style the pieces! Also keep in mind, most every piece I choose comes in more colors and patterns. So if you aren’t a fan of the color of the item shown, don’t worry, there’s usually more options for you to choose from to help make the style your own! And because I’m a beauty on a budget, most everything I choose to feature is under $50 and since it’s all from Amazon, you can get it delivered fast with Prime or Try Before you Buy!

If you’re nervous about shopping for clothes on Amazon or anywhere online, here’s a few tips that help me feel total confidence when I shop online at Amazon!

  1. Look at the return policy! Although there might be a few items that can’t be returned (so I’ve heard) I have purchased A LOT of things from Amazon and I have yet to buy something that wasn’t able to be returned. Amazon’s standard return policy is to allow most items to be returned within 30 days for a full refund and I believe most vendors on Amazon fall in line with this policy! And if you’re like me and packaging, printing and shipping a box seems like way too much work for a refund, then you’re in luck! Amazon has collaborated with UPS stores to make the return policy as easy as possible!

    Here’s how…

Start the return process online with your Amazon account. If you go into your past orders you will find an option for returns. Click there, answer the questions and reasons for returning and then select your UPS drop-off location. You should instantly receive a personalized QR code. Last step is to head to UPS with your return! UPS will then take your return and package and ship it for FREE! How awesome (and easy!) is that?

  2. Read the reviews! So if you’re purchasing any of the items on this list, I’ve done this part of the work for you! But with any online purchase, and especially clothing, it’s a good idea to take a look at what others who purchased it are saying about quality, fit and expectations! There are many times that I’ve carted an item before reading the reviews, and then after, decided to take it out.

While reading the reviews, keep in mind, not EVERYONE will be happy with their purchase. Usually, you can always find at least a few negative reviews. Sometimes it’s because they received a defective product, sometimes it’s because they ordered the wrong size or color (which is buyer error and has nothing to do with the actual product) and sometimes there are just people that can never be pleased. But I do take the time to look over a good amount of reviews. Usually, when shopping on Amazon I find there are more positive reviews over negative but sometimes I find the complaints over quality are overwhelmingly negative, and usually I decide it is a good idea to stay away from that product.

  3. Look at the review pictures! This kinda goes with number 2, but I feel like this is SO important that it needs it’s own point, especially when you’re buying clothes online! Stock pictures are great because it’s what helps us fall in love with the product, but most of us are NOT built like a model! That’s why I make sure to head to the reviews and if there are pictures available, I always look through them. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to find a review of someone with a similar body type as you describing the size and fit so you have a better idea of what to expect when you order! Unfortunately, there aren’t always reviews with pictures, let alone reviews with similar size and body style BUT it’s always a good idea to check just in case. And even if you aren’t lucky, it’s good to see the products on real women and read what they think about the fit and quality even if they aren’t your size and body type! What is ā€œsmallā€ ā€œfittedā€ ā€œlooseā€ or ā€œtrue to sizeā€ might mean something different to you then it does to the reviewer. That’s why I take the time to look at many reviews and real life pictures and see what the overall opinion is of the product.

If you take the time and do these 3 things before you purchase anything on Amazon, I know you will feel confident making the purchase. And if all else fails, refer to number 1 and just head to UPS and return it!
